Tim Eriksen is the founder and President of Eriksen Capital Management LLC, and the fund manager of Cedar Creek Partners, founded in 2006. Mr. Eriksen is a registered investment adviser representative in Washington and California.

Mr. Eriksen has a Masters in Business Administration from Texas A&M University, and Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and in Political Studies from the The Master’s University.

From 2004 to 2005, Mr. Eriksen worked for Walker’s Manual Inc., a publisher of investment books and newsletters that focuses on unlisted stocks, micro-cap stocks and community bank stocks.

Mr. Eriksen’s previous work experience includes Peter Kiewit & Sons (Kiewit Pacific Co.) and Franklin Resources (Franklin Templeton Group).

PharmChem Inc. (PCHM) 2021 - 2023, 2023 - 2025 (result of successful proxy battle I co-led. Did not stand for re-election. Purchased large stake and became Chairman 9/2024. Stock was $2.60 per share. Paid a $0.25 per share dividend in 2024 and successfully sold the company for $3.75 per share.)

Paragon Technologies Inc. (PGNT) 2024 - June 2025 (named to Board, lost proxy vote to Sham Gad, stock dropped $8.25 to under $5.00)

TSR Inc. (TSRI) 2019 - 2024 (result of settlement in a proxy battle led by Zeff Capital. Price was $3.59 per share on 12/31/2019 when we took over. Company was sold in June 2024 for $13.40 per share. 34% IRR)
